All products sold on veltrixtech.io are 100% digital goods — delivered instantly after purchase via email and/or your customer dashboard. Because these products are downloadable, cannot be "returned", and are consumed the moment they are delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, no exchanges

• We do not offer a 7-day refund window.
• We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges — for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental or duplicate purchase
  • Lack of technical skill to use, install, or configure the product
  • Product not matching personal expectations
  • Failure to read the product description before buying
  • Compatibility with third-party tools, plugins, or platforms

Why we don't offer refunds

Every product on VeltrixTech — AI automation bundles, n8n workflows, prompt packs, agent systems, SaaS templates, digital toolkits and business blueprints — is delivered as instantly-downloadable digital content. Once accessed, the value has already been transferred to you and cannot be returned. This policy protects our creators, keeps prices low, and prevents abuse.

Before you buy

Please review the product page carefully — including the description, "What's inside" list, specifications, previews, features and reviews — and reach out to our team with any questions before completing your purchase. We're happy to help you decide whether a product is the right fit.

Product issues

If a product is genuinely broken, corrupted, or the download link is not working, contact us at support@veltrixtech.io within 48 hours of purchase. In such cases we will repair, replace, or re-deliverthe product — but we will not issue a monetary refund.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of these terms. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks will be contested with full transaction, delivery and access logs, and may result in permanent account restriction and forfeiture of any purchased licenses.
